SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING TIMELINE:

We take 10 to 12 business days to ship the products within India and internationally.

DELIVERY TIMELINE:

Once it is shipped it takes 5 to 6 working days to reach within India and 8 - 15 business days internationally.

Since each product/Saree is exclusively made with immense care and love, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ORDERS ONCE PLACED, WE ONLY OFFER EXCHANGE ONLY CASE OF DAMAGES.

 

Exchanges/returns should be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order, beyond that exchanges/returns are not accepted.

DOMESTIC CUSTOMERS:

IF PRODUCTS ARE DAMAGED:

  • If product is physically damaged or wrong product is sent, we do replacement. Customer has to contact within 48 hours of delivery. 

  • Email or WhatsApp us for return/exchange. Contact Us for details and return address.

  • You will have to ship back the product to the address provided in mail. We do not have a reverse pickup service. Please share the tracking after shipping the return item via WhatsApp or email.

  • Once we receive the damaged item, we will provide you with an replacement. If replacement of the same product is not possible, we offer refund or replacement with other products of same value (Refund will be credited to the source payment account within 5 to 7 working days)

 

RETURN POLICY:

We don’t have return policy. Incase of any defect or wrong product delivered, we do exchange. All purchases made on offers and discounts are non exchangeable.

Any and all items that are not received or claims regarding the same should be raised within 24 hours of the order being shipped, any such claims after the mentioned window will not be entertained nor any refunds/replacements will be provided for the same with the same. It will considered as null.

 

When Exchange is not accepted?

  1. Exchange not accepted due to color Difference. 10 % Color difference might be there due to screen resolution and lights.

  2. If the jewelry is too heavy to wear or looks big. If the size of the jewel is not what you expected.

  3. Earring stems are bent purposefully on some cases – to avoid breakage which is not considered as a Transit Damage.

  4. We do not provide exchanges/refunds for wrong size orders placed. 

  5. Under rare circumstances, the jewelry beads or stones may have fallen during transit. Such things which can be easily fixed with glue and will not be exchanged or refunded.

  6. Semi precious, precious, Afghani glass and handmade jewelry that are made by hand and may have slight irregularities in designs/polish/finishing that are a natural outcome of the human involvement in the process. This will not be considered a defect for exchange/refund.

  7. Exchanges not accepted if customer doesn't like the color of the Saree once the order received.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Once order is placed, there are no cancellations.

  • If any one or more of the ordered item cant be processed for some reason by us, buyer can either opt for cancelling those particular items or ordering the new items for the same or more value. If buyer opt for cancellation, we will refund the product amount.
